Withdrawals above certain amounts may be subject to a manual security review by the g66gg, with an additional processing period of up to 48 hours. The user will be notified by email if their withdrawal is under review.
The g66gg may refuse or withhold a withdrawal in the following situations: pending or incomplete verification documents; suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; bonus balance with unfulfilled rollover; account under investigation for irregular betting.
A bet is confirmed at the moment the g66gg issues the ticket number. From that moment, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or changed, except under the cash out conditions set out below.
The cash out feature allows the user to settle a bet before the final result, receiving an amount calculated by g66gg based on the current state of the event. Cash out is available on single and combo bets, during live and pre-game events, subject to technical and market availability. The g66gg may suspend cash out during periods of high volatility or odds instability without prior notice.
In live betting, odds are updated in real time. There may be a delay between clicking on an odd and the bet slip being confirmed, during which the odds may have changed. The g66gg will apply the odds in effect at the moment the bet slip is confirmed by the system, not at the moment of the click.
If an event is cancelled before it begins or is not completed within the timeframe defined by the sport's rules, all related bets will be refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed and the overall odds are recalculated. Please refer to the sport-specific rules available in the platform's support section.
Football bets (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, etc.) are settled based on the result after 90 minutes of regular time, unless it is expressly stated that extra time or penalties are included. A match abandoned before 90 minutes is considered void unless the result has already been determined according to the rules of the relevant competition.
The g66gg employs a dedicated team of traders to ensure the accuracy of published odds. However, errors may occur. The platform reserves the right to correct clearly incorrect odds (manifest errors) and to void bets accepted based on odds that represent an obvious technical or human error.
A manifest error is defined as an odd that differs significantly and unjustifiably from the reference market at the time of publication. The g66gg will notify affected users and fully refund all amounts wagered in the event of cancellation due to a manifest error.
Important: knowingly exploiting odds errors to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of the affected bets and account suspension.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of g66gg to a user will never exceed the balance available in that user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the liability.
